NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Order affecting
the C414 Mill Common Road from 446m north of its junction with C415 Rookery Farm
Road for 20m northwards in the PARISH OF WITTON because of new water
connection works.
