Norfolk County Council proposes to make a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (the
“Order”) (NTRO11335) affecting the A) C413 Hall Road from its junction with the
U19007 North Walsham Road for 1320 metres southwards (“Road A”) and B) the
C416 Broom Lane / U19090 Heath Road from 60 metres west of its junction with the
C413 Hall Road for 130 metres eastwards (“Road B”) in the Parish of Honing to
facilitate pole testing works, the Roads A and B will be temporarily closed (except for
pedestrian access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which
is anticipated to be from 11th to 12th June 2026, but may continue to be closed until
the 24th July 2026 where the closure is still required beyond the anticipated dates.

1P657/10 Ostend Gap for 160 metres southwards (“Road A”) and U19003 Ostend
Road from 70 metres north of its junction with Happisburgh Footpath 6 for 190 metres
westwards (“Road B”) in the Parish of Walcott to facilitate highway improvement
works, the Roads A and B will be temporarily closed/restricted (except for pedestrian
access) for the duration of the works/period the closure is necessary which is
anticipated to be from 5
th January to 20th February 2026, but may continue to be
closed/restricted until the 20th August 2026 where the closure/restriction is still required
beyond the anticipated dates.
